トムヤムクン
自家製の白菜の漬け汁を捨てたくなかったので、トムヤムクンに利用した。白菜は、うまみ成分のいっぱいある野菜で、それを捨てたくなかったので、トムヤムクンの酸味を出すために使った。さすがにおいしい。白菜の漬け汁は、酢豚にも使えるけど、ケチャップがなかったのでトムヤムクンにした。
