exercise with working.

I have cleaned up around my desk. A little bit dirty and a little bit mess… The environment was not for working, and it was not comfortable. Now I always work with standing up. It is one of exercising, hahaha. The calory is consumed almost in daily life, an exercise is a little. If I run for 1 hour, around 400 or 500 calories. This amount is just 2 cups of rice. In the daily life is around 3,000? 3,500? Calories each one day. So we should think that how we can exercise in our daily life. Almost people work by taking a seat. So you should think how to exercise with your work.
The blue pat is balance pad. It becomes a little unstable. So the inner muscle can be trained.
And when I feel tired to stand up, I change the balance ball, and train my abdominal muscle with typing the personal computer.
